We begin with a detailed conversation about your project — the space, the aesthetic, the client, and the timeline. Whether you are furnishing a single suite or an entire resort, we want to understand your vision before we recommend a single volume.
Our team hand-selects books from our extensive inventory based on your color palette, subject preferences, and style direction. We consider scale, binding, spine color, and subject matter to ensure every book earns its place on the shelf.
We present a detailed proposal including a visual mockup of the collection, a full inventory list, pricing, and estimated lead time. You will see exactly what you are getting before we proceed.
Your feedback shapes the final collection. We adjust colors, swap subjects, and fine-tune quantities until the selection is exactly right. Most projects require only one round of revisions.
Once approved, we carefully pack and ship your collection to the project site — or directly to your client. Books arrive organized by shelf or zone, ready to install.
For larger projects, we offer on-site installation guidance to ensure the collection is arranged exactly as envisioned. We can also provide a styling guide for your team to reference.
