By accessing or using the Bookteriors® website at bookteriors.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not use the Site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, to impersonate any person or entity, or to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

Products and Services

Bookteriors provides curated decorative book collections for interior design and hospitality projects. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Bookteriors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Pricing, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Final pricing for custom or large-scale projects will be confirmed in a written proposal prior to fulfillment.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proposal or written approval and any required deposit. Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Bookteriors accepts payment by check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. For trade accounts, net payment terms may be available upon credit approval.

Shipping and Delivery

Bookteriors ships to locations throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be included in your project proposal. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom and curated nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of items damaged in transit or items that differ materially from the approved proposal. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Bookteriors® or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bookteriors does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable order.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
